Kubb Unites People

The UK Kubb Championship 2026 will be held again at Hursley Park in Hampshire, a venue set in extensive, beautiful grounds belonging to IBM Laboratories. Our event takes place on the cricket pitch, surrounded by mature woodland and in front of the Hursley Clubhouse, which provides our bar, catering and bathroom facilities.

The UK Kubb Championship has been running in its current form for around 10 years, and has grown to cater for 100 teams playing across one full day. The competition starts with a series of Swiss ladder style matches which lead to three knockout brackets in the afternoon.

Teams are made up of between 2 to 6 players, of all abilities, and the structure ensures that everyone gets the maximum number of games, with plenty of opportunities to be competitive.

Fun is the first priority, with pun-laden team names and various levels of fancy dress on display. However, there is also a very competitive side to the championship and players travel from all round the U.K. and Europe to vie for the honour of ultimate champion.

It costs £20 per team (regardless of size) and places sell out fast so register at the earliest opportunity!
